Men's Golf: Mount Union Holds Third After Day One At Malone Invitational

ALLIANCE, Ohio - Mount Union's men's golf team posted four scores in the 70's to sit in third place after the first day of the Malone Invitational. 

Senior Matt Eddins (Louisville) and freshman Ian Smith carded a team best 74 to put them both in sixth place. Junior Jacob Feldner (Cambridge) posted a 75 putting him in 13th place. 

Mount Union rounded out the day with a 301 sitting them two strokes behind second place Malone University. 

The tournament concludes with 18 holes on Saturday.
